This JNC 12-Week FUNctional Strength Training Program is designed to help you increase overall strength, enhance movement patterns, and improve functional fitness. This program is ideal for individuals who want to not only build strength but also improve their ability to perform everyday tasks and movements with ease.

Over the course of 12 weeks, Coach Jazz will guide you through a progressive training program that focuses on functional movements and compound exercises. Each week will be strategically designed to challenge your body, stimulate muscle growth, and improve your functional capabilities.

Phase 1: Foundation and Mobility (Weeks 1-4)

Phase 2: Strength and Power (Weeks 5-8)

Phase 3: Functional Integration (Weeks 9-12)

Complete with a client forum that helps keep you motivated and focused on your wellness goals!

Coach Jazz has been teaching Cut Body Bootcamp for over six years in the City of Atlanta! Now, it’s available to you, on-demand and anytime!

Cut Body Bootcamp is designed to help you increase overall strength, enhance movement patterns, and improve functional fitness. This program is ideal for individuals who want to not only build strength but also improve their ability to perform everyday tasks and movements with ease.

You’ll find different types of workouts that range from:

Foundation, Flexibility and Mobility

Functional Strength, Hypertrophy and Power

High Intensity Interval Training

Throughout the program, you will receive:

Strength STRETCH

On-Demand.

Designed to enhance flexibility, strength and promote relaxation. Each session is led by Coach Jazz, providing clear instructions and modifications for ALL fitness levels.

Categories Include:

Restorative Stretch: 10-minute videos include slow, deep stretches to release tension and guide relaxation.

Flexibility & Mobility: 15-20 minute videos that include joint rotations and dynamic stretches to wake up your body and help you focus on controlled breathing for increased awareness.

Full Body Symmetry: 30-40 minute videos feature an incorporation of mobility and strength. These are higher intensity stretches that can serve as a replacement for a workout when needed!
